Users Stealing my Content or Chaturbate? Also being harrassed Please Help! :(

Hi Guys!

I just started streaming a week ago and it was surprisingly lucrative

However since the second day I have been harrassed by several users claiming someone named "Lexxii" has been stealing my content and selling it via a kik account. I pretty much brushed it off until I google searched my username to find hundreds if not thousands of photos and videos from my public streams.

Luckily for me I do not do anything unless I am in a private session. However its quite creepy to see that someone took the time to screenshot me wearing clothes in mass numbers from EVERY STREAM.

Now this isnt just on one website it is on like ten or 12. My friend believes Chaturbate is the one doing this however it doesn't appear that way. He also claims that Cam.bb, a site that has posted alot of my content is an affiliate of Chaturbate and in fact was sold these photos.

Now, I am a pretty girl and everything but I don't see what Chaturbate would get out of selling videos of me wearing clothes with bad lighting and a low quality laptop camera.

Just to put my mind at ease before I contact an entertainment lawyer later today I wanted to know if you guys knew whether or not Chaturbate would have sold these. You can easily look it up via my username.

What also really disturbs me are the sites using my name, photos and impersonating me making nasty statements as if I am the one talking. I mainly sit there in hot clothes talking about video games, I never say things like " Come play with my pussy etc etc."

I knew going into this that videos would be posted against my best wishes and had already [planned on contacting a lawyer but I sure did not expect it to happen within days of me styreaming. I have the money to get them taken down I just personally want to know if this was Chaturbates doing as the lawyer Im contacting in LA works for Chaturbate.

Everything you put online is public. Be it on a private site or not. Someone will find it, exploit it, release it, and try to profit from it. You are not the only Web cam performer who has Googled their name and found images, videos, bio content, personal info, etc. Chaturbate is 100% not selling your images or content for profit. A single person is 100% not taking the time to collect and distribute your content. What is actually happening is that their are scripts designed to record, capture, collate, and release content from the Internet. Some of these are targeted directly at streaming sites, and some at Web cam sites specificially. Each day these automatic computer systems go out, record, and distribute. There are sites dedicated to collecting every Web cam show, ever released, from every Web cam site. If you continue to do this, you will begin to find more and more of your content relesed without your permission.

CB will help you to remove content. I recommend you do this descretly, as some DCMA removal services will release your name (and other information) at the time of the request.

Thank you ! This is solid advice.

I do not care if sites mirror me that is allowed, but these affiliate sites are breaking the terms and conditions for affiliates. They are not allowed to record and save your videos just to simply mirror your streams. And these statements theyve made have brought nothing but pure trash to my rooms. I have such great and amazing followers. Super kind loving and sweet. Now I am getting pedophiles, people asking me if im an escort, and worse. I looked up the analytics for the affiliates and most get no more than 7000 visitors a day that is simply not traffic. I also asked my followers if they had even heard of any of these affiliate sites and absolutely none of them have and were furious about what they are doing. The statements they are saying on my behalf are nothing short of disturbing.

Thank you for your advice, I was able to get a number taken down after sending numerous "scary" emails lol. But will pay DMCA and have chaturbate take care of the rest.

I do not trust chaturbate, they claim they will remove content in 1 month or so, but never did they. So you just have to deal with it.
