emailed support regarding payout on 7/16/26 regarding when i will receive it as its my first timing cashing out with CB.
they emailed me back on 7/18/26 saying they didn’t have my W9 on file and to take a pic of it and email them back, i did.
took a picture and signed it and everything and emailed it back immediately. that was on 7/18/26. it is now 7/21/26 and i’ve gotten no response to anything. i don’t want to keep emailing support but i don’t know what else to do as i really need the money/ response to anything moving forward with my payment. thank you
