W9 verification taking forever ;-;

I saw multiple emails about my w9 missing for payout, and I accidentally sent in a I9 instead, so from then and now, I’ve sent my w9 in to support multiple times, and I’ve made tickets to address if anyone has received it or not just to get my first payout after weeks, I haven’t gotten a single word back and im seeing how other models have to also wait forever as well. I just wish I would hear anything back even a wait time til they’re going to be able to help me out
