even my account Smilexb with the ticket 18316473, is banned for the same reason, really I have 22 yo, and they are banning me for underage????
I have sent my Passaport many times in the account giovannicasa616 and its already aproved but my account keep banned, but the account smilexb I don't get even the answer from support.
I am really upset.
