This is not the first time it happens to me,I mean ffs a man just wants to have fun from time to time but I still am a client to them when I do, and I'm warning you all, if they can play you they will.

I spent a good amount of money on this website since I signed up, but they still tried to finesse me as if I was shit twice. They ban my account (I don't break rules or harass I just have my fun and leave)and keep the tokens I just bought from them, when I say I want to have a refund, they won't give it.

And it goes and it goes....When I email the customer service they tell me to do things and scan shit, but still won't unban my account when I do it,even if I do it times and times. Still no refund too.

When I've finally had it and told them to stop treating me like a brainless robot, they didn't answer back.

Be warned if you want to spend your money on that website.
From a 1 year client who got finessed and then ignored.

I probably would've spent a decent amount of money on CB back in the day when my then-model-friend was camming there, but they didn't allow Payoneer as a form of payment to purchase tokens. That really sucked, because back then I used my Payoneer card for damn near everything.

I don't really care for CB, though, and not too fond of how their models are treated. Even tried camming on there myself, but the 1-token tips (here and there) were just ridiculous, it wasn't worth broadcasting on there...daily pay or not.

If you could please provide or confirm your CB user name, I'd be happy to look into this for you. I assume you mean a broadcaster didn't come through with a specific request or private show? You can also request a refund through your credit processor, however I have a feeling something more is going on with your account and once I have your CB user name, I can get more detailed information. Thank you.

My account name is erem10, and I got refused 10 times for ID approval, and when I mail support I can never get an answer on how to get a refund.

Wow! thats what I call customers service. Why cant chaturbate have "live" customer service? or something like these where a customer can post and see results? It's great we can write to support, but seems the automated replies and getting back to the customers is failing. Again great job for always gettting back to the customers here on this forum.
