Hi I got banned for which I believe a tv was in the background on, which I didn't know I couldn't have and been banned I had over 1000 tokens which firstly I want to retrieve and secondly was accidental and I didn't realise so would hope to get account back up. Have sent an email twice but still no response and that was over a month ago! Would at least like the money I earnt
