I'm not familiar w this guy but token sites like this are known as social sites. Personality and entertainment can be just as important. There are LOTS of non nude performers who make bank on cam sites doing other forms of entertainment.

He started the streaming with his ex (? - not sure their relationship now cos they do stream together sometimes), and they were both very big together. They did lots of things, but they broke up and now she has her own account (laceycoffeegirl). Now she usually does solo shows, all kinds of things, and Jeff will do various things, a lot is bringing in other models to him personally to do shows with, or doing "split-screen" with them to help get them some exposure and advertise them.
Personally I am not a fan but i don't judge or care about anyone who does like him, his shows, etc etc.
