So my wife and I started camping together on chaturbate as a couple.

We super excited but nervous at the same time our first time on was a decent success with up to 500 people in the room at one time and I think the final payoutwas 750tks.

Our biggest fear is someone recognizing us?? We live on the border of 2 different states and I blocked access to both states....

Anyone else have this fear?

It's safe to say that the majority or all of webcam performers have this fear initially starting out. The only way to continue in this industry is to accept the fact that someone will recognize you. Blocking states is a prevention. Is it effective? Only to an extent because as a performer your shows will be recorded and circulated on other sites that probably don't block the states you did. or do any geo-blocking for that matter. What happens on the internet stays on the internet. I'm not trying to be harsh, this is just the reality. I've been doing this for several years now and it did take me the first few to accept that I cannot control the internet and who sees what. If I wanted to continue being a sex worker I would need to learn to get over it. That doesn't mean that I'm careless about my identity or private information, but means I am in a much better position to handle if someone were to bring up, OMG SHE MASTURBATES ON THE INTERNET FOR MONEY. And like really, how would someone bring that up? They MUST'VE been watching to find out, ya know? No one wants to admit they watch someone they know's porn.

the only solution I could come up with was to say to myself 'make so much money that when you finally get caught you can be proud of what you've achieved' :D

i have had a video shared at the football club where I work between at least 3 football teams and not one person has said anything to me about having watched them. I was angry and upset when I first heard about it but I knew it could happen so when I had to go into work I went in with my head held high. Stuff em - I enjoy what I do and make good money. My thought was if they have a problem with it - so what!! - its their problem not mine.

Exactly! Haha , i wear my 5 year old high school track tank top and no one has yet to notice and if people do i rep it haha

I completely agree guys! Ultimately, if someone recognised me from my cam room, my first response would be, "Did you tip me? If not, why not?!!"... and how I pay my bills is nobody's business but mine, so yes, stuff them!!
