What exactly is the definition of harassment

I have images to prove to Chaturbate Support that my account should be unbanned because it serves no purpose other than preventing me from tipping @just_emmy / @not_just_emmy and to prove that I am not harassing the broadcaster. I was able to convince the broadcaster to create the @not_just_emmy account because it allows me to speak in her room as a gray user even though I don't purchase tokens because I knew my accounts were going to be banned from chaturbate at some point.

I have been speaking to @not_just_emmy ever since July 24, 2025, the day after my accounts were permanently banned from chaturbate. And the only thing I want to do is say hello to the broadcaster and tip her when I am able to. However, tipping is not possible right now because of the permanent ban on my accounts on Chaturbate.

I blotted out my new user name in the images I am providing to prevent you from banning this account as well. I don't think telling the broadcaster to stop banning me if she doesn't know how to keep me out of her room and that I am not a bad person is not considered as harassing the broadcaster.

And I have also noticed that you have not banned my true account that I created back in 2023. And the only reason is that I don't go into this broadcaster's room under my true account. And I am not mentioning what my true account's user name is. And this true account has never been banned from @just_emmy or @not_just_emmy rooms and that true account has never been banned from Chaturbate.

So, either way, I'm very happy that the broadcaster is speaking to me again, I only wish I can buy tokens to support her. You can unban all my accounts, however, you can delete all of them from chaturbate as I don't need those accounts anymore - @mjb198440 / @sirisaac2003mjb / @westlane123

These are the images that proves that I don't harass anybody. I blotted out my user name to prevent Chaturbate from banning this account. I left the last digit uncovered to show that I am a gray user and that she responds to my messages everyday that she streams.

This is my last attempt to try to undo the ban. But either way, I sacrificed everything (my accounts, not being able to tip, and my name) so that I can have the one thing I wanted the most, which is to be able to join the room and say hello to the broadcaster without me worrying about negative stuff happening to me.

Ew, you guys who get kicked out (or banned but not perma-banned) by a model, and then continuously come right back are cringey af. You cannot get a cam site to force a model to let you back into her chatroom. I can’t stand men who know they’re making a woman uncomfortable, but continue to bother her anyway. Leave her alone, and find something else to do with your time. Find a new hobby. Stargazing is always nice.

I say hello to her and then I play video games for a couple hours and then I go to sleep. I don't even watch the broadcast, I watch the chat. There's many times that NOBODY speaks in her chat, except her 3 moderators and 2 Fan Club members because they get silenced or ran out of her room by her moderators telling them to tip, when the mods keep telling everyone that the chat is FREE and that her chat is FRIENDLY.

Well, I'm not sure what the legal definition is, but to me harassment is like pestering, but worse. With harassment, there has to be an element of a line being drawn by one party, and the other party disregarding it, thinking they know better (than the first party's expressed, clear wishes), and crossing over it.

Something tells me, you really didn't want a definition though...

But with words like that and "abuse", I generally focus more upon the legal definition. Which is going to vary by area... I mean, if you want to be practical here

ETA; So from a broadcaster's perspective, can you tell me why you guys do stuff like that? I have a few dudes that do that to me too. What is the final end goal, again, with this?

The end goal that I have set has been met.

The only thing I'm wanting to do right now is see if I can start tipping again.

If not, then I'll just say hi to her at the start of her stream and just forget about tipping. I'm happy with the way things are right now. (Although I hate being free to watch, but I can live with it)

I have tipped, and my accounts were banned. I cam't tip until my accounts gets restored. Chaturbate Support will ban my account when I purchase tokens.

I seen someone in her chat (not me) say that he couldn't tip because he has tokens on an account that he had lost access to.

You never mention why your account was banned in the first place , if it was harassment someone must have reported you for it.
If it was the model , she don't want you and what you're doing now is not only harassment but also stalking.
If it was someone else CB did investigate it and you must have been bad and CB does not want you anymore.

I don't have any reason to create new accounts to circumvent a ban from a model's room when the ban from her room expires after 30 days.

And someone, probably @_hp1972_, a moderator of her room, reported my accounts, because I never went back into her old room (@just_emmy) with any of my accounts for over a month until a few days after she created a new account (@not_just_emmy) to broadcast on. Which none of my accounts were banned from that new room at all and nullifies any active ban from the old room. And when I did go into her new room, she didn't know that I was in the room because I didn't speak in chat that day - the same day that my account was banned from chaturbate.

Looking back on his posts, it appears there were problems with this model and her room moderators since April.
