Any model can attend. When events are announced on Xbiz or through CB emails, anyone can email and request a spot on the floor.

They must pay their own air fare and hotel accommodations but the tickets are free and they have access to all of the events. It is more likely no one from Europe wanted to attend or could not attend. They don't get paid to be there.

I haven't seen a room broadcasting from there yet. I assume doors don't open until 6 pm German time. Which is soon.

I've seen hardened models have panic attacks at conventions due to security issues. It's not something I would feel comfortable doing topless with pasties let alone fully nude.

I can see the full nudity aspect being a deterrent for this particular convention.
