If you’re anything like me and find yourself in the same situation, you know how frustrating it can be. I recently created an account, verified myself with my passport, and was approved to start streaming. Everything went smoothly for the first few days until suddenly, right in the middle of a live performance, I was banned without warning.
I was completely shocked. I hadn’t done anything that could reasonably be considered a violation of the content guidelines. I immediately submitted a support request, but so far I haven’t received any response. Naturally, I started searching online for answers, and it seems this kind of situation is unfortunately quite common.
I can’t speak for every case, but banning someone so abruptly feels like an extreme measure especially when no explanation is provided. What’s even more discouraging is the lack of timely communication. At the very least, I wish they would offer some initial feedback explaining why the account was banned, rather than leaving us confused and in the dark.
Thankfully, this isn’t my primary source of income. But I can only imagine how devastating it must be for those who rely on this platform financially.
I’d really like to hear your thoughts and experiences on this. Has anyone else gone through something similar?
