I signed on to MFC one night and it was dead. I filter for North America and there were only 60 or so models online. I noticed a
model that was obviously in a tough situation. She was offering two videos for 100 tokens. Hopefully I don't sound like an
asshole when I say this but I bought them, not really because I wanted to see them but because I thought it would help her
out. She never sent them. I sent her an MFC mail asking about them but she ignored it. Sent her another MFC mail a week
later and she ignored that too. Not sure what to do, like I said I really don't care about the videos and 100 tokens is not a lot
but I don't like being ripped off either. I feel like if she did it to me she has probably done it to others as well. Should I just
forget about it or notify MFC? Looking forward to hearing your opinions.

I wouldn't bother reporting it. According to MFC all tips are nonrefundable.

Did the MFC mails say "read" or "unread"?

Not that it really matters, I suppose, but I can see a stronger case for you getting ripped off if she read them and ignored them.

In this case I'm going to say you got scammed. It sucks but it happens.

She did read the MFC mails, and she has been online with the same topic multiple times since.
I am not looking to get refunded the tokens, just bugs me that she didn't deliver. You're right
though it happens, just hasn't happened to me before. Live and learn.

Not to be a dick, but you probably shouldn't buy videos/pics/panties from models until you get to know them and how they run their room. Kind of a rule of thumb for most people I think.

Not a great big deal since you didn't really want the videos anyway, but since you've exhausted all the nice ways of resolving it... I'd probably call her scamming ass out in the lounge just to warn others.

Yeah a bit of a dick move but if I wasn't a model I'd probably do it.

Besides the emails, have you said anything to her in her chat where others can see? If she's trying to scam you, you will most likely find other members there that have had the same exp. IF she bans you, then you know for sure it wasn't an oversight or that shes just a scatterbrain. If you still get no results, then its not a dick move at all to let other members know about it. I see 'warnings' for scam girls every time I visit either lounge.

It probably explains why she doesn't have an established fan-base, because she's scamming members in the first place. Be wary of your own wallet, and leave sympathy at the door next time - only tip with an expectation of reciprocity when you know a model well enough to trust them.

Just remember that tips are gifts, not a means of purchasing things.

This kind of behavior may be why she is having trouble making money.

The OP is CERTAIN that the model read the MFC Mail? It actually said 'Message Read'? When a guy on MFC wins one of my raffles, I make sure to MFC Mail him, PM him, and message him on Twitter...just in case.

I think if you're gonna call out a model in The Lounge, you should be 100% certain of what happened. For example...you and her discussed details for a custom video, she agreed to it, and then you tipped her 1,000 tokens. Then she blurted out "A video? HA! I ain't doing SHIT!" LOL. That would be so fucked up, so go ahead and call her out, in that case. LOL.

Earlier this morning I e-mailed one of my regulars the custom pics that he won, but I had sent them 1 or 2 days later than I expected to. I apologized to him for that and sent twice the amount of pictures he was supposed to get. I'd like to think that even if he wasn't a regular, he wouldn't go put me on blast in The Lounge.

But yeah, from what I've read in this thread so far, it DOES sound like the OP has been scammed. :(

I do the same thing Borwn Fox. Last month when my laptop broke i lost a video someone has just ordered. I had to remake it so it took a few days for me to get it to him. I sent him 2 just to make up for it.
If the messages have been read i would next go to her room and say hello, etc. See how she reacts. Start a convo with her first. If its nice and friendly id say hey whatever happened to the videos i tipped for. See if she still responds. What she has to say for herself, or what people in her room say about her. If she ignores or bans you upon your initial Hellos then you will know immediately shes a scammer and id put her on blast for sure. Basically i would give her a chance to respond in public to your concerns about her, but starting a convo first and being friendly will show her you arent just there and angry and gives her no reason to ban you. She may have an explanation, though really after this long i dont see one, especially since shes still offering them in her topic, but maybe she might..
