I'm a collector. Currently use ps3 a bit more than the xbox360, but only because I can watch netflix without having to subscribe to xbox live.
So...nes, snes, 64, GC, wii. Ps one, ps 2, ps 3, xbox, xbox 360, dreamcast, atari 2600, gameboy color, GBA, micro gameboy, DSlite -- and the killers-- mattel handheld football, basketball and baseball.
Hmmm. Apparently I need a life. And an Intellivision or some old school Sega.

i will be also getting the new playstation vita when it comes out so i guess right now i am a sony guy but in the past i have owned an atari 2600, nes, snes, sega genesis, n64, 3do, gameboy advance, playstation, ps2. but i just have a ps3 but i think the best system is any i have played

I currently have a PS3, 360, Wii and a PSP hooked up/ready to play. I also have a NES, PS1, PS2, and a Genesis somewhere in storage the PS2 still works, maybe, but I doubt the others do.
I'm also trying to figure out how I keep going wrong with the new gaming PC I got. I thought the motherboard was messed up at first, but figured out that I just needed a freshly installed OS and now the video card seems to be the problem. I'll figure it out eventually though.

I have a desktop, laptop, slim PS3, slim xbox 360, DS, and of course my android smart phone. I tend to get rid of my older consoles when a better version comes out, but now days I am so bored with most games I may just let my console acquiring stop and move into pc gaming totally.
This gen has gone:

For me, the PS3 is by far the right fit for me. I tried the 360 initially and didn't like it. I then got one again later down the line because there was an exclusive or two I wanted to play, but after that, it held no appeal for me.

I own a 360 and a PS3. Got the 360 when they were still new and convinced myself I didn't need a PS3 for a long time. Finally broke and got one and while my 360 served me well, the PS3 has become my system of choice. I keep the 360 for the rare must-own exclusives (which reminds me I still need to get Gears of War 3) but find the PS3 to be a better console - capable of lovelier graphics, better exclusives, better online store, free online play and better exclusives.

I miss my Dreamcast. That thing was pretty much responsible for my introduction to internet porn. We didn't have a home PC at the time (in retrospect, I think this was a good thing; had we had one when I was 15, I probably would have accidentally snapped my dick off through excessive porn-watching/interacting) so the Dreamcast was my only portal to the internet (pun intended. I think. Dreamcast internet was called Portal, wasn't it?). That little yellow box with the blue loading bar... I remember it fondly.
And you know, I kinda dug the games too. Sonic Adventure, Phantasy Star Online, Jet Set Radio, Crazy Taxi, Soul Calibur, Resident Evil: Code Veronica... Man, I miss my Dreamcast

Why do I have a DSi and a 3DS? Because my DS Lite died shortly after the DSi came out (but before the 3DS was announced) so I got one to replace it. I still use both systems; the DSi has a better battery so it's better for playing old games. Also it's nice to have two DS systems so my girlfriend and I can both play DS games at the same time. (Mostly when we're traveling.)

retail therapy, nerd style: razer black widow ultimate and razer vespula. The vespula is nice, it's a really hard mousing surface with amazing control, and has two sides - speed and precision. The black widow...fuck man, I don't ever want to use a non-mechanical keyboard again this thing is sweeeeet.

I have an old school xbox 360, and only a couple of games as a friend "borrowed" my old xbox and games and then let her friend "borrow" them, and now no one can get a hold of the guy. lol, my life. I got this baby at a pawn shop. But my computer was built for gaming. A friend of mine decided he needed to move on from games and get a job, so he offered it to me for an insane price. When my room mate and I start a new game, he comes to look at my screen to see what it's actually supposed to look like. haha
