did a private with a model and 90% of the time she was just there doing nothing. heard clicking and typing so pretty sure she was engaging with other users during our private wasting my time and tokens. when i accused her she banned me. private recording is in my account so there is proof. is it possible to get a refund?

it had minimum 15 minutes. so i tried to get her to do what we discussed before starting the private. i quit after about 10mins and it charged me for 15mins anyway.
later i realized all her private shows on CB can be viewed free on stripchat so she must have been talking to users there.

According to the TOS of the site, tips are gratuity. You agree to that when you make an account and also every time you tip. You'll find more than just CB operate this way. Make sure to read the full TOS that you're agreeing to before spending money on a site if you know you're usually the type to spend money first and ask questions later.

who read full TOS when using anything. what i find absurd is that the site is based on tokens and mostly privates and tip menus but TOS says tip menus are not a thing, models can take tokens and do whatever they want and tokens are just gratuity. normal tips being gratuity is understandable but tip menu and private being gratuity is just bs. people go into privates after talking with the model and expecting what they discussed to happen during the show but the user cant even leave private early without having the so called gratuity tokens being forcefully deducted for the minimum duration.
anyhow, it is my bad for not understanding that the TOS were made to let scamming easy instead of backing up spenders., no ethics involed, the support team and this community will just take scammers side and throw TOS in my face instead of actually helping me. well now i know.

You get what you pay for. Most of us have a reputation we are working on to keep clients returning. So if you want a good show, you gotta pay a little more and not just pick the cheapest model you can find that puts up with any and all crap thrown at them.

Alright, I’ll jump in here. I’m not a model, or a site rep, or in any way connected to the business.
Like you, I’m a longtime member. Like you, I buy a lot of private shows. Unlike you, I am aware of the TOS I agreed to. (And yes, I read it first. If you’re in the habit of giving your financial info and government ID to a website like CB without first making sure you understand their policies, then… wow.)
On VERY VERY rare occasion, I have run into models that seemed to deliberately try to scam. I didn’t ask for my money back. I just left their room forever. In your specific case (claims of deliberate time wasting), that can be very tough to prove. Some people move slower than others. Doesn’t mean it’s a scam. If you don’t like the pace, don’t return to that model anymore.
If there’s a chance it was a misunderstanding - or they changed their mind, or were distracted by no fault of their own, etc etc etc - maybe give them a little grace.

most of you may have a reputation but i dont give a fuck about it because i was not talking about most of you. i was talking about one specific model. im not a whale but i have done plenty of expensive and cheap privates. model should do what they agree to do prior to the private. if they cant they should have said no. you may have a difficulty reading properly but i clearly said she spent most of the time doing NOTHING and engaging with others. why the fuck would i pay someone to do that. i have never asked anyone to "fuck herself so hard for all 15 minutes".

i have separate payment options for these kinda work which i do not need to give out any of personal info so nothing wow there.
i have ran into many bad models before and yes i never go back to them. sometimes i even give them a thumbs up before leaving because even though they could not do what we discussed, they actually put an effort and tried to do it. i dont go around asking refund for every single bad experience. but this model clearly wasted my time doing nothing. i heard clicking and typing during the private and later i found out all her privates are free publicly on stripchat so i strongly believe she was engaging with stripchat users during our private. thats why im asking for a refund.

No it isn't. Down vote and move on. It's not Stripchat where tips are enforced actions and if that's what OP wants then he should go to Stripchat. CB models can revoke consent at any time. Period. The ethical thing for the model would be to end the show on her side but eh 6 tokens is 6 tokens, I guess.The simple answer to OP’s question is report the model and await a fair result.

Just FYI, with studios sometimes you might not be talking to the model but an admin in the studio who is relaying instructions to the model, the admin might say the model will do something and then when he tells the model they might refuse. OP's only defense (besides the name calling and assumptions) is the agreement made beforehand, and while we can all agree breaking such agreements is bad for business and reputation, his refusal to explain what said agreement was, and sensitivity to us pointing out that this was probably an extremely cheap pvt, leads me to believe this agreement was extremely one sided and most of us would have found it to be a joke.

This makes me suspect you’re not an actual seasoned veteran cam customer. Because you had a perfect opportunity to call me a “white knight,” but instead you went with the generic “keyboard warrior.”
A diss is a diss, I guess. But real ones would at least know the lingo.
If you’ve been a CB member for years and buy a lot of private shows, they should have asked for your ID by now. Unless you’re doing something funky/sketchy with your payment methods or your ID (which I guess you might be).
ETA: and yes, regardless of how you pay or Id yourself, not caring about the TOS on any site - especially a cam site - is still “wow” to me. But to each his own.
