Hi, I'm weirdbr, a 30-year old brazilian metalhead gamer computer scientist (enough adjectives? :lol: ) living in Switzerland (and I barely speak german, which leads to some fun), working as what some call 'site reliability engineer' (think system administrator for really large systems that can deal with millions to billions of users), so if I ever say I had a boring day, it means nothing large broke.
As for me and camming.. I got into it last year around June or so (IIRC due to an article/blogpost I read) and became a premium a month or so later, at which time I stumbled upon the 2013 summer cam mansion, where I met quite a few of the models I nag these days.. And the rest is history...

Hello Everyone! I am Jacquey and I am super excited to be on this forum. Yesterday Amber followed me on Twitter and that just made my night. I have been browsing this forum for a few days now and I can't wait to chat it up. Im camming on MFC and have been for about three months now. I am new to camming and new to forums, with limitted technical skills. Thanks to this forum I learned how to put an offline tip button woo hoo. This forum has given great tips on show ideas and much more. Some of the ideas I have used are writing memebers names as they enter my room. I had a blacklight on one night and wrote some members names with glow markers and they loved it. I also played connect four and that is also tons of fun. One of the suggestions was to play you don't know Jack. I've never heard of that game but found an app on the app strore and have it on my phone. I wonder if this is what they were talking about. Is there another version of this game I don't know about? hmmmm I wonder. I have a free Skype Date raffle going on right now and just put out my very first video. Hi! I just started camming a few weeks ago. I have a regular job, but I don't make enough money. Because of camming, I was able to get a new apartment. I move tomorrow. If it hadn't been for camming, I would be homeless on August 1.
I was surprised at how easy it was to make money camming. It really didn't feel like work.
But now I am dealing with some physical issues which I will post about in the appropriate thread.

Been camming since January, started out on MFC (not advisable for a brand spankin new camgirl hopeful, camscore etc), ended up switching over to chaturbate and been on there for the past 4-5 months, and loving it so far.

Finally having the courage to introduce myself. I'll just call myself Maria. I've been lurking over here since April. I'm 24 years old, I live in Belgium, I like making clothes and music and writing stuff (songs, poetry, stories, anything really), and the past year, I've been studying fashion design. (I have to switch to home schooling, though, because of panic attacks and other issues I'd rather not be dealing with.) I'm trying to set up a clothing brand. My first printed fabric should arrive in the mail in about a week and a half! (Or was it three weeks and a half? I forgot. Anyway, it's a looooooong time.) I'll be posting pictures of whatever I decide on making with it!
I'm not sure yet if I'd consider a career in camming, as I am extremely shy and I am worried about the implications of all of it for my future career (even though I passed my management exam and I shouldn't really care about what anyone thinks. Like ever. I will have my clothing business to rely on, and my boyfriend is looking into opening a gym - I'm sure I could be an excellent barmaid.) I might stick to YouTubing every now and then. Then again, I have read wonderful things about shy people blossoming on cam, and I really do need the money. I used to be on MFC, but felt too shy to talk to anyone and saw my camscore drop at every attempt to log in. It's still itching, though, so I registered on Chaturbate a few days ago. No camscore, much less personal, but - to my understanding - also much less space to just chat. Because, as the name of the website indicates, it's about "the art of chatting whilst masturbating." Non-nude modelling is a concept I really like and definitely consider doing. I could play the harp, sing my songs, show my drawings and clothes, and talk about everyday life - yours or mine - only thing is, what should I be tipped for, then? I'm still figuring that one out.
Anyway. I was going to post my YouTube link on here, but I think I'll stay as anonymous as possible for a while and see how everything goes. I couldn't resist thanking Leon for his post on wrestling, thus exposing myself as an actual "active" reader on here x-D Leon, if you're reading this: your English is amazing.
On that post: yes, wrestling is scripted, and yes, the storylines rarely make sense, but addictions to painkillers are a real problem in the business, and the stunts performed in the ring are real, and performed by the "actors" themselves - not by stunt doubles. I was drawn into wrestling a few months ago when my boyfriend was casually watching a show and I saw this really cute young man in the commentary chair - that man turned out to be Seth Rollins, high-flying ninja, two-toned catwoman and what-is-he-not being called these days. After he beat his teammates to shreds with those chairs, I barely slept for like three days. And to illustrate that wrestling is sometimes realer than real: his former teammate tweeted this picture after the broadcast: pic.twitter.com/ytvu6LSO1r. Just saying, though I like the idea of it being scripted. I can't stand watching random violence, like UFC fights or just any regular boxing match.
