This isn't an advice thread, but I'll offer some anyway: Start camming on your own, establish yourself, and prove that you have something to offer before you attempt to get someone else to cam with you. Female performers typically earn more performing solo than performing with a male partner, so you really need to bring something to the table to make it worth a potential business partner's while. Simply wishing to have a more active sex life is not going to be that "something," and if you are also completely unaware of what the business side of camming entails, they will be training you in addition to earning less money. Bottom line, it is highly unlikely that any performer will want to take you up on your offer.
