WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT SENT TO PAXUMBANK WITHOUT MY CONSENT!

Hi,
I am contacting you due to a chaturbate (ticket - 18569249) mistake. I was supposed to get paid by wire transfer on 11/02/2021 which never arrived, therefore chaturbate told me that the payment was sent to Paxumbank without my consent and knowing. I have never heard of Paxum, and I'm not even interested in using it. What is very shocking to me was that they told me to ask paxumbank about my payment status. I didn't even know that they sent my money to paxumbank. This situation is very unprofessional, I told them to return the funds back to Chaturbate ASAP but no reply. (Here is the proof: 123321.JPG that I am using a wire transfer method). Please HELP!
