While the transfer was successful, I realized I forgot to include my username or any other reference information in the payment information.I was also informed that the money would be deposited into my account shortly after the transfer. However, after a reasonable amount of time, the payment has not yet been reflected in my account.I've been trying to reach your support team, but I haven't received a response yet. I would be very grateful if someone here could help me.I also have proof that I sent the money.

But look at it this way, when you withdraw money from your credit card or use it, your bank will charge you a tax or fee, but there is no fee for the transfer.

You shouldn’t be incurring a fee every time you charge something to your credit card. Are you talking about paying interest if you don’t pay the balance on your credit card?

Something seems so off here.

I thought it was a more rare thing to do a transfer for tokens and that’s for extra large amounts at a time, not a simple $300 worth.
