Wrongful Permaban on Chaturbate: Banned AFTER following Support's instructions to change documents. Need advice!

Hi everyone, my nickname eroticsaga. I’m reaching out to this community because I am completely desperate and don't know what to do next. I’ve been hit with a permanent ban on Chaturbate, and the situation is completely absurd. I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or knows if there are any CB representatives who can look into a severely mishandled case.The Background & The Incident:I had a successful, rule-abiding account. At one point, I needed to update my account details. Chaturbate Support explicitly instructed me to change/update my identification documents. I followed their instructions exactly as told. Immediately after uploading the new documents, my account was permanently suspended. The initial reason they gave was "altered identification."The Evidence I Provided:To prove my identity and show that my documents are 100% genuine, I recorded a high-quality video and sent it to Support. In the video, I was physically holding multiple valid government-issued passports and my original birth certificate, showing the watermarks and details on camera. It was undeniable, irrefutable proof that I am a real person and the documents are not photoshopped or altered.The Absurd Final Decision:After a long delay, Support finally replied, but they completely changed their narrative. Instead of acknowledging the video proof, they stated:"After review, it was again confirmed that someone other than you submitted your identification as their own for age verification purposes... We are not in a position to determine how the person came to be in possession of your identification. As a result, it is policy that all individuals involved be permanently banned."This is completely false. No one else used my documents. I suspect their automated system flagged a second account attempt (which I made after the initial wrongful ban just to see if it works) as "someone else," leading to this bizarre conclusion.To be fair, they did eventually release my final pending balance, which proves my account wasn't involved in any financial fraud. However, they categorically refuse to explain the ID situation further and stated the ban will not be lifted for any reason.My Questions for the Community:Has anyone successfully escalated a case like this where Support made a blatant error (changing the ban reason from "altered ID" to "someone else used it") but refuses to back down?Are there any known Chaturbate reps on this forum who can escalate a ticket to a real human manager (not an automated bot or low-level support agent)?What is the best way to force a manual review of video evidence by their compliance team?Any advice, contacts, or similar experiences would be incredibly helpful. The first thing I did was ask support how I could link my second citizenship documents to their website. They attached a basic verification link to which I sent my documents after notifying them about it. After that, my account was banned for some reason that I don't understand, since my documents are valid and completely legal. I am attaching screenshots of this correspondence.
