hello @punker barbie . i am here with a problem from cb my name is samarraxx and i got banned from them,without any reason they write on site , i got a email from site and they told me ''
The age verification information that you submitted has been denied.
Your age verification was declined for the following reason:
We require you to upload the front and/or back of your ID so we can see all of the information on the ID.''

after that i check my account was banned, my sec acc is emy_smart (this one i dont use for stream) and is posible add my id but i cant stream saying'' i am not eligible to broadcast'' , i sent a lot of emails but no reply back,
Could you pls help me , really need that place wait for a reply thku very much .have a good day

You MUST do that which is what they want/ask for. They can't see everything on the documents so they denied them

When taking the pic of the ID front and back make sure that you are not blocking anything on the ID
