Account Banned, please help @punker barbie. Ticket: 18589399

I hope someone can help me, i went to use my chaturbate account today and found this message:

Your cam has been blocked as a result of concerns regarding compliance with our terms and conditions. Please note that we have zero tolerance for underage participation on our platform or any failure to comply with applicable law. If you believe this action is in error, you may appeal this block by sending us age verification at https://chaturbate.com/accounts/age_verification/. I have no idea why my account is banned, as I don't think I have done anything wrong. My account is verified. I only wanted to use my account for tipping, not camming, so I attempted to create new accounts to do this today and they were banned straight away too, so I think my IP has been recorded and banned.

And that's all they get for doing business with the platform, once I was banned for 2 weeks just for asking why an account was banned and I have spent and transacted many thousands of dollars with this terrible company They are the worst!
