WIRE TRANSFER NOT ARRIVED!!!!!!

My wire was sent on 2/11/2021 and today is 20/11/2021, and I still haven't received it, I wrote a lot of emails, and asked my bank if something arrived, but they told me that nothing arrived, this is the first time that something like this happens, the previous months my payment was on time. But this time it is not, I don't know what to do, also the funds are not returned to my chaturbate account, which is very suspicious. And chaturbate support is not replying. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
