Hi Good day, my username in Chaturbate is Asianheartguy I just nadly need some help cause I've been emailing chaturbate support and up until now I still haven't receive any respomse from them I emailed chatsupport May 22, 2022 I really need help cause my account is banned and I don't know what happened what seems to be the reason my last broadcast was saturday May 21, 2022 and as I far as I remembered I didn't do something wrong to anide their rules I always follow rules and regulation in chaturbate hope someone will help me to fix my problem please badly need help?? I still have remaining tokens in my account to pay my bills need help please

Hey asian guy i feel you this is so heartbroken im so sorry i wish i could help you,i don't understand why some of these camsites are so evil and heartless to some models,Why did they ban you did you do something wrong ?

I really don't know hwy they banned me as far as I remembered my last stream I didn't do something wrong ? been emailing chat support many days now they didnt response to my email

I wish i could help you i swear i wana help but i don't know how,because im not streaming for so many months on chaturbate anymore this is sad to see someone innocent in pain and stress
Is there any option to join new camsites like stripchat,bongacams,livejasmine and xmodels if you don't have a account already on 1 or more of these platforms? i know this will not fix the problem but maybe you can begin to look for new sites new options
I hope chaturbate will pay you is not fair that they ban you and take your money.seems like they are scamming some models for no reasons is sad

Yeah I'm really stress regarding with this issue been so many days, and only chaturbate is suit for me chaturbate is different from other site cause I earn good in chaturbate, unlike other site but I don't know if this issue will not not be fix so maybe I need to find other site to stream and earn, I really hope that @punker barbie and @AmberCutie will notice me and help me I badly need helping hands I really don't know what to do now I've been emailing chaturbate support but up until now they didnt response to my email. Thank you ao much for your concern I really appreciate your kindness and understanding, I really work hard in chaturbate and I always make sure that I follow rules and regulations but I don't know if I did something this time but I really hope they will forgive me and give me a chance, I really need to work In chaturbate for my family to provide cause I'm the breadwinner and I shoulder all of them just to give my family a good life and we can eat atleast 3 times a day, but I'm not giving I still have hope that someone who could help me for my issue, I never encounter this such problem before I've been chaturbating for almost 2 years now chaturbate really help me to build, I'm not giving up and I'm still hoping that @punker barbie will notice me and I need to have more patience cause I know they're busy also helping other streamer that same with my issue. Hope I deserve their attention for them to help me ??????

They responded now and informed me that I need to submit new documents like ID soecifically Postal ID or Nationak ID, the sad part is I don't have those IDs I'm not prepared for the changes they made ? I ask them to atleast give me extension so that I will process and get a postal ID to unbanned my account I am hoping for their considerations. Good news they replied bad thing I don't have those IDs that they're looking for what I have is only Passport and one Valid ID. But still fighting God will provide ??????
