Maybe I don't know what others mean when they are using the term "revenge." The only concept that resonates with me relates to reporting the situation to the sites, which others have suggested.

I'm not really sure what else someone would conceivably do after such a situation (in the "revenge" category). But I'm curious about the foreboding slogan. In your view, members who experience something along these lines should just lick their wounds, learn their lesson, and move on?
Other people who have come to this forum have talked of other more nefarious actions, when they’ve been angry. I was talking about that kind of stuff, that wouldn’t occur to a dude like you. I wouldn’t even count a report as personal revenge, that’s just being helpful and responsible.

Sorry, my wording isn’t always the best, or clearest.

Some sites can and will do something if certain studios are losing them business and causing customers to leave the site. I do think trying to report is a good and responsible thing to do. Especially to streamate if you have and messages where you can show she finagled you off of the site.

There’s no shortage of dudes wanting to be purely sexual, the sites don’t need studios running love cons on there.

Meant report, block further contact, move on and yes, learn from the experience and see that learning as a positive outcome.
Anything else will only suck up more of your time, emotions and energy.
FWIW I don't think that a report will really do very much, unless the model broke any site ToS.
It seems she played the long game with you and was therefore careful to build and manipulate slowly, and is probably very wary of doing/saying anything that could be proven.
Yes, except for: 1) Quite extensive (and insistent) discussions in the private chats of a couple of sites about meeting in person, traveling, how she wants a future together, how this is NOT a game to her, etc. 2) Talking about setting up an account and then sending the actual account numbers in private chat on a site (so I could send money directly to her); also messages confirming to me that she received deposits from outside the site 3) Discussing in a chat how good it is to have cut out the studio and the sites (and saying she has to be careful about a studio manager - even describing the ways they can plug into her stream and she needs to be really careful, 4) Providing images of ID documents.

Quite surprised that she went into writing of these subjects on the site, since pm chats are still logged and can be reviewed.
But breaking site rules, such as making arrangements to meet up, and off-site payments, applies equally to members as to models, so it's a 2-way impact if you report those interactions. Presumably you were happy to be a part of those breaches when you thought it was leading somewhere (although you may not care if your own account is affected).
My comments around not seeking revenge (however that may apply) is that someone so skilled and determined at these elaborate schemes will not stop even if they get banned from a platform, and trying to bring them to account will only lead to further heartache and anxiety for you IMO, and very unlikely give you any satisfaction in the end - nobody wins. It'll eat you up if you let it.

Not frequently the case, at all (just wanted to add that correction in). Sorry to disrupt the flow. I'm pretty anal about accuracy.

New member here, and to be honest joined because of this thread, which reads very similar to an experience that I may be having. If it's ok George, I have a question? Is your model an artist?

Oh lord.. Can anyone give me a TL;DR for this whole thread?
George got love conned by a weirdo. A strange individual named John hopped in, and started saying bizarre things, but interspersing them w semi-rational sounding advice. Everyone got confused and very sidetracked. Psychological theories were debated. Bizarre theories of Primate behavior and primate psychology were debunked. To begin some, (myself included) were a bit sus of George. However, George proved to be a nice guy, who was swindled by a harsh love con model. Who may be acting on her own with scheme, and not being coached by the studio owner, love conners.

It turned 2023.

George has been processing the whole thing, and several of us have been trying to point out parts where his approach could have potentially had a weakness. In an effort to provide some support and redirect him in not falling back into the trappings of Connella De Ville.

... and I taught inertvolcano something new about Lions 🦁

ETA; Oh yeah and now we're on the part where John is moving on, and debating the usefulness of reporting Connella to the sites themselves, and whether that would do anyone any good.

So just another average Wednesday here then?

No probs being corrected, but if a member reports to the site that they corresponded with a model about meeting up and that they sent payments off-platform, does that not draw them into the rule-breaking act and potentially have consequences?
Most of my online time has been spent on CB, so not that aware of how others handle member rule-breaking, but over the years I've known several CB members who had their accounts banned for doing one or both of these.

I guess its different site to site, situation to situation. I apologize. He's been communicating w her on several sites (like 5 or something).

I honestly can't see every site siding w a model who likely pulled a good-paying member offsite, over a guy that maybe behaved well, spent a fair amount, then suddenly disappeared (who could potentially become a long term customer to the site). I've heard a lot of stories too, that have been different, but in the other direction. I can only say that I would hope both the history of the member and the individual model would be taken into account, an investigation done, and a fair business decision made. Models who use the site to poach, aren't going to be bringing the site in much money. Quite the opposite, they are losing the site money.

Some models are not in good standing at different sites, and so an additional complaint on top of, likely previous complaints, would do the model more damage than the member.

All good, and I agree with your thoughts on this (above). I know that off-site payments must happen a lot. And in full disclosure, I admit that I sent a couple of off-site payments to one model that I have known for around 4 years, although this was at a time when she was not active on any site. I guess we find ways to justify some of our own acts, so agree with your hope that any investigation takes note of the actions and motivations of both parties involved.

Yeah, that's fair. I don't think you'd get dinged for that in any kind of serious way. I highly doubt she would either. I'm thinking more the type of model that purely hops on these sites to poach. Not the type who conducts their business on sites, and who the odd member finds elsewhere and tips other places. It's very common for members to find us elsewhere of their own accord. Since a lot are active across several sites themselves. Being such avid appreciators of beauty, as they are ...

No John got banned for turning out to be an anti-porn idiot. George is moving on and getting over the love-con fiasco.

It did occur to me that by reporting all of this activity, I'm basically also reporting that I went along with (and even encouraged) some of it. I mean, but that's kind of the nature of a "love con" as I now understand it. In any case, yeah, I recognize that I could wind up being banned or whatever myself...though I don't really care because in truth, I rarely visited other rooms on these sites after getting "involved" with this model. I'm not seeing it affecting my life much if a cam modeling website decides to ban me.

I guess the best possible outcome would be that the sites at least have her on their radar, for whatever it's worth. Who knows...maybe there are several other guys in a similar game with her right now. I mentioned somewhere early in this thread that her LiveJasmin account got suspended for 1 month fairly recently. She was vague and never did tell me why (a "misunderstanding," she said). It wasn't even one of "our" sites (I interacted with her a few times on LJ but not very much).

She also used to be on MFC for a long time but her profile was removed from there about a year ago and she's never returned. That was another situation where she claims that she never knew what happened. I find that hard to believe but who knows. I saw something somewhere (no idea where) that suggested the issue with MFC might have had to do with a studio being in Russia (not necessarily the model herself) but I don't know anything about that.

Maybe you can PM me. The model I've been discussing does paint and draw (as a hobby - and fairly talented IMO) but I don't think she defines herself as an artist and that's not what would come to mind first in my view, either. So you are probably dealing with a different model. Regardless...would need a little more detail to know for sure.

When I read that guy I thought of all of the evangelical Christians using MFC and how the biggest market for porn in North America was in the bible belts.

To be fair, CB specifically tends to be a bit ban happy.

I don't think any of us here would argue there is anything fair, or consistent, in the way CB handles a large number of their performer bans.
Not so sure about when they ban members though, it often seems to take repeated reports with plenty of evidence of repeated wrong-doing.

What happened to you BlueWave? Do you think this is the same girl?

This is the thread that keeps on giving.....

Well, my understanding is that intentional misleading, fradulent statements and actions, and offering to meet irl for compensation would certainly be against a site's rules/TOS so even if the situation is isn't that explicit, a site may ban anyway at their discretion. Is that what you're thinking too?

I think it would be a warning on some sites but if the model already had prior warnings it could be a ban. Models don’t get unlimited warnings on the same issues.

But in all honesty I don't know. Different infarctions are different levels of seriousness, and some result in bans right away, no warnings. If this model has a history of being kicked off sites then...

I've been trying to keep up with this thread. I really have. Reading back in attempt to keep things straight in my head, gets me more confused. Question for anyone who knows. Has George absolutely, positively stopped All manner of communication with this model? All sites, all messaging services? Has he deleted/blocked every access? To me, communication requires a Sender, a Means and a Receiver. If he hasn't eliminated Every possibility to receive, then he has Not ended communication. I'm just not sure of status. Anyone know? (Thank you)

No, I haven't yet deleted/blocked every access. I wrote up something to convey to the sites and began to pull some material (screenshots, etc.) together for that purpose. Then real life intruded, so this kind of fell into the background temporarily.

The thread is confusing because there were several hijacks and diversions.

And yes, of course it's true that until everything is blocked and/or deleted, I can still receive personal Skype messages (which happened yesterday in the form of comments reminding me that Christmas in Russia is only a few days away as well as a mini-lecture on how any girlfriend in life has to be "bought." lol)

Do you have a particular interest or just generally curious about the status of the situation?

I didn't know that it had been identified so precisely. So is it low activity and connections in the prefrontal cortex that impairs personality and decision making for them?
It might be. As far as I know most of the evidence is based behavioral changes after injuries to specific areas. PET scans sometimes show abnormal activity but it's still mainly a hypothesis at this point.

Re-reading that it sounds like I got burned in some tragic love story. What I meant was whatever random Czech chick I was trying to impress clearly did an Irish Goodbye and left me with the mob.......
Look on the bright side, you didn't end up naked and beat up in an alley.

Na you can fuck right off now. Many things you’ve said so far have been sus but soon as you started reeling off your Andrew Tate bullshit that’s done it for me. Get off this forum no one wants to hear from you.

FYI whilst you CLAIM to be some kind of professional psychologist, I ACTUALLY am an expert on monkey behaviour ( spent the best part of 4 years studying their social behaviour in the wild and undertook a PhD project in that area) and I can tell you you’re spouting utter bullshit just like every other comment you’ve made
That sounds like fascinating research, especially the field work.
