TMI, but if it was a model I visited frequently it certainly wouldn't deter me. In fact, depending on the model and our relationship I might even use that as an opening line... The context of the relationship matters, IMO. In this case, my relationship to this hypothetical model would be that I don’t know the woman IRL, she doesn’t know me, and I sometimes come to her show to spend money for a nice experience.
That’s why I said it wouldn’t stop me from visiting her next show, but if there was a consistent habit of talking about medical issues in her room I might stop visiting. At that point, it’s irrelevant which medical issue she’s discussing all the time, and more about the overall vibe being less fun.

I have certainly signed to a few OF creators only to cancel after a single month. In most situations it was due to a mis-match between my tastes and what the creators were offering, which can only be ascertained definitively after subscribing.

Great idea for a thread! Few q's. Are some/few/most of y'all experiencing some financial difficulty lately, thus the silence of no tips :*( Are any of y'all into Skype or Snapchat? Why?
I've had to shift around my financial priorities lately and haven't been able to tip, and had too pull back on my OnlyFans subscriptions. My reasons are really personal though (moving, family expenses) and probably not a good explanation for the broader trend.
I'm not really into Skype or Snapchat. I prefer the token sites because I can get uncomfortable with one on one. I like it sometimes! But then when I'm in the mood I just do a private show through the site.
as a user, yes there is financial pressure. Not "I am going to lose my house" but just everything else costs more than it used to and I am a small business owner who works on home remodeling projects - customers are spending less money to play it safe and that means less business for me, impacting the bottom line.
I have dealt with it by reducing the number of models I visit and in some cases the frequency and for a short period I really couldn't dedicate much if any of my extra money to cam sites so I "went dark" for a coupe of weeks. I have no experience of live OF, but for me, if it did not have the same interactive functionality as a cam site, I would not be interested.

Honestly, what I'm most terrified about losing in this entire game is my originality. I have an app developer who can on a whim change or customize something I want that means something to the room. I don't feel like OF/StripChat/CamSoda/MFC really allow for those kinds of things. I could be wrong, I've never broadcast on those sites, but yeah...I think you really just hit on my biggest fear overall.
Certainly SC does not enable the use of bots/apps (although they have some basic things built in ) Either Lovense or OSB has the capability of some things I think (Remember I am a user who really knows little of the actual "nuts & bolts" of cam sites from the models' side of the camera).
As for originality, (and I am truly not camsplaining or trying to teach you how to suck eggs
) you really do not need bots or apps to have originality / a point of difference. Although I suspect that apps / bots may make room / stream /show management easier?(I may have misunderstood you concern if so I apologise)
