That is probably the worst way I have seen/heard someone ask if someone else has gotten a new bed..

I have a very sour taste in my mouth about it. I haven't responded but he knows I read it hours ago. Usually pretty swift in knowing how to handle this crap but this completely threw me off my feet.

I can very much understand that.. it gave me a odd feeling.. like, especially if you do not use a bed in your broadcasts... then it sounds like it's expected you use it for work OUTSIDE of the broadcast almost? just seems fucked

Yes and I was talking about replacing my marital bed so it feels extra icky. Even if he doesn't understand that, it's still super gross.

Think I'll let that brain fart hang in the air, he'll eventually smell how rotten it is and apologize.

it took a second to register he was talking about me finding a mattress. I need a new bed like woah but I have never done my job from a bed.

Obviously he assumes it's for the show (um no reason to assume that). I feel like the phrasing in his message is incredibly crass.

It's so frustrating! I work nights because I have a hard time doing this stuff in the morning, it's way too much brain power for my night owl butt. Me first thing in the morning is not a pretty or even remotely pleasant person to engage with.

I don’t think I’d mentioned the part about my sister, and I’m glad I didn’t since men sometimes hear the word “throat”…and like to make tired-ass “Well you know what’s good for the throat, right?” jokes. ?

That's an interesting one, because here in Australia, similarly in the UK, 'piss' can also refer to alcohol, usually beer - "let's get on the piss" (for example), so that username here might just mean they love drinking beer

Yes, yes, and yes. He won a 15-minute phone call from me once for being the highest single tipper of the day, and that phone call was awkward and uncomfortable as hell…despite the fact that on MFC he was outgoing, flirtatious, and had an arrogant screen name.

Click on all of those, because just banning someone on MFC doesn’t prevent them from being able to MFC Mail you. But you can also disable your profile wall too. I did that because I was tired of random-ass people (who’d never bothered chatting with me or even tipping me) posting YouTube videos on my wall.

Click on all of those, because just banning someone on MFC doesn’t prevent them from being able to MFC Mail you. But you can also disable your profile wall too. If you banned and ignored him (or is it ban/ignore/mute?), he shouldn’t be able to MFC Mail you or PM you.

Years ago I had a troll on there who I had ONLY banned, because I thought that’s all I needed to do to be rid of his ass. Then he proceeded to send me 1-token tips because he believed the myth that “1 token tips hurt your camscore.” ? If you ban someone on MFC from your chat, they’re still able to tip you. But instead of their tip showing up for you in the public chat while you’re live, I believe it shows up as if it’s an offline tip.

Yeah I think as a room helper you're limited and can't put a member on ignore FOR the model. That would be overpowered, actually, so it's good to not be available.

Imagine a room helper having a personal issue with a member, putting him on ignore for the model, then the model would not be able to get any contact from member to get unbanned, etc.
