That's one thing I've been meaning to ask about. As a room helper, I've banned a few members (at model's request), but I can't set ignore on the model's behalf can I? Clicking on ignore would be me ignoring the member rather than the model, right?

Yeah I think as a room helper you're limited and can't put a member on ignore FOR the model. That would be overpowered, actually, so it's good to not be available.
Imagine a room helper having a personal issue with a member, putting him on ignore for the model, then the model would not be able to get any contact from member to get unbanned, etc.

I am so glad to see CB was able to grab that domain. Can't help but do a happy dance even though I know it's not a forever solution.
It's not a ban, it's a 6 hour silence (On CB). The cool thing is even if the member stays and keeps tipping and writing tip notes, the message isn't sent to the model. It's great that it works that way on CB. Unfortunately on MFC a ban doesn't silence the user, so as Pomm pointed out there's no way for a room helper there to stop the troll from bugging the model in tip notes or MFC mails. Kinda wish MFC would update the options for room helpers to match CBs.
Interesting how differently the sites handle that. CB also strips any PayPal requests from tip notes. There are only two avenues on site to contact a model, DM or PM. I will admit I breezed the text and didn't realize it was an MFC issue.
OH man, MFC would have been so much harder to succeed on without MFC mail, I can't imagine only having DM/PM (how are they different things lol).
PM is for when the room is online, these get deleted every day for a user also, and they can only be read in the room, (which also means if you are not at a pc, you can't see the chat)
a DM can be read at any time, because it goes directly to you instead of being a "Private chat" inside of the room.. these message DO also disappear from your chat over time when no contact, but stay for a lot longer.. in the attached picture, it's someone where we VERY rarely use the DM system, but sometimes it's just much easier.. so you can see the dates are spread out but the messages are still there
A model I regularly visit always responds to such messages with "Thanks for the kind words. The best compliment is always a tip!"
Usually stops any further attempts at poetry.
(I do get that not everyone can afford to send a tip, even if they want to, but surely if they feel words are the only way to substitute, wouldn't it be better to tell the model they're awesome, or the show's great, or their sense of humour is appreciated, their playlist is on point, their room is welcoming and inclusive, etc?)

When you mask the level, I am confident it shows as the FIRST level for each league, so it would show Bronze rank 10, Silver rank 20, Gold rank 35, Diamond rank 55. I don't think you can pick specifically Bronze rank 12 or anything, but i am unsure, i am not at that level myself so maybe someone who is can clarify better for us
I've seen a Knight in a particular room range from Royal to Silver, and sit mid-way in those levels too, so I think you can choose what league/level is displayed when you mask (perhaps more flexibility is possible once you reach a higher league though, IDK).

Interesting, I took from the words SC use ("you can conceal this information by choosing to show a league and level different from your real ones") that you choose both, but it sounds like you choose the league and the level is chosen for you.
