I got a permanent ban on an account that I have had for years. Never any written warnings. I let a friend buy me a Fan Club membership to a models room he was moderating. He used a card that had been banned. I didn't know this at the time. I have a letter he wrote explaining what had happened absolving me of all blame. CB refuses to lift the ban. I have a lot of years tied to that account with over 1000 notes on user I know. They won't accept my support questions now. I would dearly love to have the account back. I'm known for the user name on the account. I also lost 120 tokens when they banned me Is there anything that can be done to help me? I would at the very least like them to review the many support requests I sent before they stopped reading them. I feel this is a punishment I didn't deserve. Thank you very much.

Is there any way I can get the account back? I hate to lose all the info and notes I had in there. The tokens I lost would be nice to get back but not a have to thing. I just want the account back. Please help if you can. I can send the letter the guy wrote to support if it will help you.

How much longer do I have to wait for my account to be reinstated from being wrongfully terminated. I have told you I AM NOT Jeff Tomkins. I let him buy a FC Membership for me while using my room for that purpose. I've written God only knows how many times I've asked. I have a lot of things tied up in that room. Including notes on many users throughout the time I've been here 11 years on different accounts 10 years as a moderator. I think I deserve a review of the reason I was banned.


This is from Jeff Tompkins. Telling you I had nothing to do with me being banned. I didn't even know he was banned until you blamed me for something I didn't do. I want my account back! Below is a letter from the person who was banned. Jeff Tompkins.

I have several accounts which you have banned. Unfortunately, in your sweep of credit card numbers used to find all of my accounts, you also banned a totally innocent person: Dr_Feelgood_4U. I met this gentleman while waiting for a show for fan club members only. He did not have the money nor tokens to buy a fan club membership, so, as a goodwill gesture, I logged in as him and purchased a fan club membership for him using my credit card. He immediately changed his password, and I never logged in as him again. He has never received a warning from Chaturbate and has been a member in good standing for years and has served as a trusted moderator for several models. Please correct this error in his behalf as soon as possible. Thank you.

You had someone else log into your account. Which is dumb enough on its own, but also against TOS I believe (account sharing).

Yes and I feel like they both should have been permanently banned. This industry has enough bullshit with the financial side of things going on, we don't need people actively and deliberately contributing to the stigmas.

I don't think it went down the way OP describes. I don't think there is a gracious, generous 2nd party that just said "Hi internet stranger, let me buy you a fan club membership so you can watch this private show about to happen"

I don't really know why I'm supposed to care about your opinion. What I posted was true. Support confirmed they previously provided you with a detailed response. Unfortunately, support is unable to assist further.

So was he a good friend or was he someone you'd just met while waiting for that fan club only show? Can't be both..
