I'm margopetite and I sent requests to the support multiple times, then I made one post here and got answer from the support. I understand that I can look ridiculous but I'm very much frustrated from this situation, support took my picture to verify that changed email is mine, I sent it but got no response back. Maybe this post will help me to get an answer from support
