Myfreecams Two Performers account problem

Hello! I used to be a model on myfreecams.com for 2 years with 2 performers account, I created it for me n my friend but we never streamed together, for whole 2 years I used it solo, was an active model with many streams, not bad score and lots of content on mfc share and everything was solo (include content, avatars, etc) There is no rules on mfc wiki about couple accounts and like if its legal or not to stream alone but I never had any problems for whole 2 years. The day before yesterday I got warning

This account is for two models to cam together. Do not use it solo or it will be closed.

So I messaged to support email immediately but got no reply still, and I cant go live for 2 days because I dont want my account to be closed and I dont know if I can create new one solo with an active 2 performers account. I read whole mfc wiki page and tried to find something about it anywhere but seems nobody had the same problem, can u help me to fix it?
I truly want to come back because mfc is my favorite place to be and I love community and my friends there and I dont want to leave and it feels horrible to just sit and skip weekend online

That is weird, I didn't realize they had "couples" accounts and "solo" accounts for models there. I understood that you could just have another model on with you on your stream if she was also a verified model and tagged her account in the topic. Strange that this changed so drastically.

I truly want to come back because mfc is my favorite place to be and I love community and my friends there and I dont want to leave and it feels horrible to just sit and skip weekend online

I would wait until you discuss it with them in support mail. Make sure they know you want to cam solo, they should help guide you to the proper way to do it going forward. If you truly love being on MFC it's worth a couple days off while they get to your messages to not worsen your problem.

It’s different with camming together with tag and another registered model, when I click “documents” in my account I see Performer #1 and Performer #2 but of course I’d never create couple account again
My problem was solved, they gave me reply like “U can stream solo with this account now” but that was very stressful day, sorry for disturbing and thanks for answer.
Idk if I should delete this post, maybe it can help somebody else
And of course it worth couple days off! I just was crazy scared they gonna close my account forever ?

I'm glad it all worked out! MFC has been my only live stream site since 2009. I may not get on live much these days, but I'd be sad if I lost access to mine as well.

I tried few sites but it’s absolutely best place for me and I can’t imagine my life without it now
