Banned for nothing and ignored by support - can I still find help here after so much time?

hello everyone! I am model Lolisuccub and Chaturbate ban my account, I’m a legal model who has never broken the rules and I really want to work on this site... The site support ignored me for a long time, then replied that they need age verification once again, but after I sent them my documents (I am a legal adult model and my documents are in order) they ignore me again... I would really like to find help to unban my account!

But it's very strange because I didn't break anything. And I'm a legal model, I sent all my documents to support and my documents are also legal. I just don't understand why they don't want me to work on their site. I'm an honest, law-abiding, legal model who doesn't break the rules and I love and respect this site. I really want to work on CB again...
