I was trying to verify a new model on my account & I believe we did something wrong
instead of scanning her face, we thought that it was needing to scan mine(the owner of the account) instead of. unfortunately it didn’t seem like they were willing to redo her verification or unban my account. I am heartbroken. thank you so much for your help anyways @punker barbie
