hello, good day, pls i need your help, am a model on stripchat as ( SWEETPRCIOUS30 ), I have been working with stripchat for over 2 yrs which i stream, i work alone and i stay alone. I received email that my account has terminated. the reason given was that I had unregistered person broadcasting but it not true, have been streaming alone, i stay alone and am the owner of the account. on that every day which is 12 of September 2025, I stream in the morning then i went offline for between 1 or 2 hours. after the break i login to my account and start streaming again, then I was showing my ass to the cam. i was watching movies on YouTube with my phone only to turn around to see my account has been terminated. i never had anybody with me and I got hurt when I saw my account banned. i always obey the rules, i am so stressed i use my tokens to pay my bills. pls how can i get my account back? pls help me pls because i didn't do what they claim I did. for more confirmation check my previous broadcasting to see and be sure of it.

Was YouTube screen seen or heard during your stream? I know Chaturbate told me to turn off my TV once saying I can’t have actors that are not verified on my live stream and I thought it was not even visible but it was heard.

The reason for your block is because you had used fake documents on another account, and received a permanent ban from that account. Once you receive a perm ban, you are no longer allowed to broadcast from our platform again.

thank you for your respond, sorry pls I would like to explain to you what actually happen, I never use a fake document, I was working in a studio before and I use my voter's card, when I left the studio, I ask them to close my account, then I decided to work at home. I use the voter card, and it was rejected when I register again, then I apply for my international passport, after that I re-apply which is the current identification that I was using now. the different between my voter's card and my international passport was a wrong spelling of my name which is letter (s). for confirmation pls can I forward my document to u for confirmation through your email pls. thanks you
