Dear @punker barbie I heard you can help me! My cb account is "justforstream". Today I received a message something like, "The user does not meet the requirements for broadcasting. Contact support." The thing is, I didn't break any rules. I really want to work, but now they won't tell me what the problem is! I wrote to support, but I know they often take a long time to respond!

Unfortunately the only thing Punker Barbie will tell is the support and responded to your request, and she won't say that until you get a response from support.

However, that is an odd message, can you share the full text of what support actually said? Where are you located? It could be that CB is not accepting models from your region. They will do that if your country has laws that make streaming to CB illegal.

Hi! I've been streaming on the site since spring of this year! About a week ago, I created a new account for myself, but so far I've started streaming on my friend's account. At one point, an inscription appeared on my account (in the documents section): "This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact support." . It's actually the first time I've seen this. I used to work in the studio with the bad guys and they still have my old accounts. Maybe they did something. But it's still weird.

First the obvious question: have you (and your documents) been added to your friend's account? Second, have you asked CB to remove your documents from the studio account? It definitely sounds like some sort of problem with your ID.
