Well if it helps...its not just you, they're not targeting you specifically, we've all waited a long time for a reply from support I'm sure 
 
The only thing I can think is, when you got the most recent automated email, did you see a part at the very bottom that says something like "did this solution fix your issue"? You should have the option to click yes or no. Clicking no will allow you to get further with support. I noticed its a change they've made this year to send the automated reply and give the option to click yes or no to proceed with more troubleshooting.
