First Day Chaturbate Ban Advice / Appeal Help

Hi everyone,

My Chaturbate account big13inchess was banned on my first day, and I genuinely don’t understand what I did wrong.

During my broadcast, a number of trolls / grey users were spamming and provoking, which caused multiple reports. I didn’t know how to mute them at the time, and I was trying to manage chat as best as I could as a new streamer.

I would really appreciate any advice on appealing this ban, or if a moderator (such as @PunkerBarbie) could review my account. I’m happy to follow all rules and ensure proper moderation in the future.

Hi this is my now 2nd post after a 24 hour gap from my 1st post, I’m posting this for a 2nd time here because I’m really struggling and could use some guidance. My Chaturbate account was banned very shortly after I signed up, and I’m trying to understand the best way to appeal it.

I’m dealing with a lot personally right now. My father passed away the day before I created my account, and I’ve been under a lot of pressure trying to support myself and my family. I rushed into streaming without fully understanding the rules, and I must’ve made a mistake that I genuinely didn’t intend.

I’m not trying to use my situation as an excuse, just to explain that I was overwhelmed and not thinking clearly, and I would truly appreciate a second chance to do things properly. If my account could be reviewed again, I’m prepared to follow every guideline carefully and avoid any issues going forward.
