My Chaturbate account was recently banned (julcy_peach) , and I’m looking for advice from anyone who has experienced a similar situation or knows how I can appeal the decision, I’ve already written to support, but they haven’t responded yet.
The reason for the ban was related to something that happened during my stream. I accidentally pinched my arm badly because I was holding it in an uncomfortable position, and I suddenly felt pain. My reaction was completely spontaneous and unintentional. I never meant to violate any community rules, and this has never happened to me before.
I understand that the situation might have looked concerning from the outside, but I genuinely did not do it on purpose. I respect the platform’s rules, and I will be much more careful in the future.
I have already considered contacting support to explain what happened and ask them to review my ban. I’m also willing to provide additional information or evidence if necessary.
Has anyone here successfully appealed a ban under similar circumstances? Is there anything specific I should include in my appeal, or any other way to contact the support team?
I would really appreciate any advice or help. I don’t want to lose my account over an honest accident, and I sincerely hope I can get a second chance.
