Hi @punker barbie , a CB model (cowboylean) said you could help me get my account (mymac1982) back on Chaturbate. I have been on this site for over 10 years. I am a moderator in several rooms, I know the rules ... really not sure why I got banned. Plus I had tokens left in the account, but really just want the account back. mymac1982
 
If you have not yet done so, your first step should be to contact Chaturbate directly, via support@chaturbate.com and/or through their direct contact portal via SUBMIT A REQUEST.

You should then receive an automated reply email verifying that support has in fact received your request; We’ve received your message and are working to assist you as quickly as possible.... Some helpful articles may be provided. Scroll to the bottom of that email to where it states; Does this article answer your question? and click NO if you require further assistance. You should then wait for their reply to your email directly. It may take up to a week or more before you receive a response from them.

Please note that sending multiple inquiries and/or continuous posting here may only prolong the ability for the Chaturbate support team members to respond in a timely matter, as each new inquiry potentially pushes you to the back on the line.

Question, is that "automated message" still being sent by chaturbate?

Last week I answered a letter they sent me to my email asking for some info, but I never got an automated response at all.

Also I then sent a request via that link you posted and also never got any automated response or message from that link, meaning I have absolutely no idea if they are getting my emails or requests at all or any other way to check if my ticket is opened or being reviewed.

So I have no idea if anything is going to check the info they requested to me to have my ban lifted.

Same here! I even tried opening two different accounts with different credit cards and different email addresses, but they both got auto banned. I went through the auto reponse and clicked "no" at the end. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks.

After 10 plus years on Chaturbate and literally thousands of dollars, I find it discouraging to be treated this way. I have been a mod for various rooms over the years. I was modding while banned. mymac1982

Support has confirmed that they have received your email and is currently being looked into. We appreciate your patience. Support will get back to you as soon as possible.

I even tried opening two different accounts with different credit cards and different email addresses, but they both got auto banned.
Because YOU, the individual, is banned... not just the account. Any and all subsequent accounts you create using YOUR IDENTIFICATION (from a previously banned account) will also become suspended until you clear the suspension from the initial account. Varying account numbers, addresses, and email addresses won't work. So hopefully you'll be able to resolve the initial suspension now that they've acknowledged your inquiry.

The automated reply email message still seems to be working, as I just now submitted an inquiry and received one. Note that this only happens to the initial inquiry, and not replies to that automated email.

They were asking me about a code that has 1 week expiration time, so I would need them to check before the code expires, but I have no idea to know if they received my email.

At least some confirmation would be good for peace of mind, so I can just wait knowing they received it.

Unfortunately, and usually... no. They're support back-and-forth ability is seriously inadequate.

Nothing you can really do other than to wait. It sucks, and most anyone that's had to deal with CB support agrees.
