Account banned from vpn?

Hey there TEAM !
Can I please have some help with this? My account username is yvie__ was randomly banned and I'm not really sure why. I didn't say or do anything that violated the terms or conditions of chaturbate. And I stream like 4-5 days out of the week and I'm super familiar with what I can and can't do on the platform. I just really need some help with this situation because it makes honestly 0 sense to me how I randomly get banned and can't stream anymore. I'd really love to get this sorted out because I'm super surprised and If I did something wrong I would like to know about it so that I don't repeat it. I've been waiting for a week and you still haven't replied. Thank you guys so much.

Emails are answered in the order they are received and you sent a ton so you're now essentially at the back of the line. So you screwed yourself twice -- getting banned AND not reading the email you got in reply.
