Banned account, help please

I hope you are doing well. I would like to ask for your help, as my CB account was banned on May 29th. Since then, I have sent three emails to support but haven't received a reply yet. The account was banned for security reasons—specifically, a suspicion that someone else had gained access to it—but I am absolutely certain that no one else accessed it. The ban occurred because I was having bitrate issues and used a VPN to switch between servers with lower ping; because it appeared as though I was streaming from different countries, I was banned. I cannot stream without a VPN because the site is blocked in Russia (my country). Please help me restore access; official support isn't responding, the ban was unjustified, and I simply don't know where else to turn for help. I am really counting on you.
