I'm seeking help because I've been unable to resolve a payment issue on Chaturbate through official support for over two years.
Approximately two years ago, my accounts were suspended.
After a conversation, support lifted the suspension almost immediately. Both accounts have been active since then: streams are running, and tokens are being received.
However, the funds have not been paid. When payments are automatically initiated, they don't appear in the transaction history, and the funds never appear based on the payment details (Paxum).
For two years, I've been regularly creating support tickets through the form on the website.
The problem with tickets: after sending them, I receive an automatic reply, but the ticket number isn't assigned, and it doesn't appear in the list of my tickets on the model's website. It seems like the tickets are never being processed.
Writing a direct email address also doesn't provide any explanation. As a result, significant sums are stuck in both accounts, which I haven't been able to withdraw for two years now.
@punker barbie , please investigate this situation. I'm preparing any additional information for verification (logins, email addresses, bailiffs' accounts). I really need your help to finally access my earnings and understand the source of my fear.
