so you had an unauthorized human appear on your broadcast, that is HIGHLY against their rules.

You're going to have to wait until they eventually get to your support email and follow their instructions, which will likely require you to provide your father's ID information to verify him. But I don't work there, this is just an assumption after seeing other situations like this discussed at this forum over the years.

For one: why in the world do your parents keep appearing on your stream so that they have to be approved (that's just weird as hell). You should not be broadcasting in an area where your family members are around.

Second: as I said you'll need to reply to their request when they get to you and upload your father's ID, not yours again.

I fear you may not be able to follow directions properly. This line of work is not meant for you.
