my account was showing that This person is ineligible to broadcast for a month. then chatrubate support asked me give id holding picture to support and i did this .
i was got little injured before the id holding picture took but you know they told me to send it in 72 hours so i took picture and send it to support with injured eye (date was 22th may) .

my account showed that I was ineligible to broadcast for a month. Support requested a photo of me holding my ID within 72 hours, which I submitted on May 22nd. I had a minor eye injury at the time I took that picture. On May 30th, support replied stating that my account will remain suspended until I recover.

I have now fully recovered and am completely ready to start working again. What steps should I take to lift the suspension?
