Hi, I have deactivated three accounts i had:
gustavo_gracia11
Gustavo__Garcia
Gustavo_Rousee

and also sent an e-mail to chaturbate that I want them deleted.
Do the accounts get deleted after some time after deactivation or is it something chaturbate have to do?

Not sure about "purchase"records per se, but I would guess indefinitely... it's just good business practice.

CB retains all records of activities carried out on the site, including spending history and chat history, indefinitely. They are obliged to do that, just as any platform provider on the internet is.

Adding my opinion, your CB account is no longer active. You can't access it & use it.

Businesses in the US must keep financial records for no less than 7 years, most have a 10 year retention period.

Closing or deleting your account on CB is no different than closing a bank account. The bank still has your records and can access them if need be (law enforcement requests) but no one else can, including people trying to usurp your accounts.

That's the purpose.
