hii,

I would like to request assistance from a moderator or support staff to review an unfair situation regarding refunds on my account. Today, a user joined my private show, and hours after it ended, they reported that the "show was not delivered," causing the system to automatically refund their tokens.

The most critical point is that I have chat logs from months ago showing this same user attempting to manipulate me and hinting at refunding or "scamming" tactics. This proves that today’s reports are not due to a technical issue but are part of a premeditated fraudulent behavior that they have attempted with me in the past.

I am not posting the screenshots or the username here to follow forum guidelines, but I have all the evidence ready to be sent via private message to the appropriate support representative.

Could you please let me know who I should contact to submit my evidence and get my tokens back? Thank you for your help.

I didn't understand the post, if its an automatic refund what exactly happened months ago that was "attempted" ?

I understand it's confusing, so I'll try to explain it better. In the past, I did some short private shows with him, and afterwards, he would write things like:
"The image cut out during the last few minutes, give me back the tokens for those 3 minutes", "The connection failed during the private show, I need you to refund me" or things like that. I'm attaching a screenshot of one of these situations so you can understand it better, and the second screenshot shows the conversation about the current conflict (His last sentence is even funny)

Bella, I'm so sorry this happened to you. Those viewers can be down right mean and nasty. I had to ban quite a few because they atttempted to lore me off the site a couple of times to get a free show. That isn't fair to you when the viewer manipulated you in such a manner. I wasn't aware that SC was able to refund a viewer when they complain. I thought viewers could only get a refund by the model only if it is during the first 15 minutes of the show. After 15 minutes passes the viewer isn't permitted a refund.

When a guy says something like "if I scam you you can ban me.. i wont waste your time".. or similar, that always makes me think of the same thing when they say "bb show me your boobs and then we will go pvt", or you know.. basically doing and saying stuff to try scam/exploit models. Guys are genuine idiots, yet models have to still smile and be polite otherwise they/you (the model) gets told off. it's insane.

I think there are some definite legitimate reasons why a guy may go to support for the refund. And in fact I honestly don't even think most guys realise they can ask the model for a refund or what the rules are regarding it. They just instantly say "I am reporting you. I am getting my tokens back" or something to that effect, and go direct to support.

Hello @MeAbc

Just to clarify, yes users can reach out to Support to request a refund. However, their request is investigated and they only receive a refund if it is seen that their request reason is justified (for example, if they tipped for a promised show that was not delivered).
