I am writing to respectfully request your assistance in escalating my support ticket to the administration for review and necessary corrective action.

I recently experienced a fraudulent incident involving unauthorized rate manipulation by the user pnoyfckerxh. Prior to initiating the private session, we explicitly agreed to a rate of 6 tokens per minute. However, immediately upon commencing the session at 3:17 AM, the user modified the pricing structure without prior notice or consent, resulting in an unauthorized deduction of 176 tokens from my account, after which the user promptly blocked me.

I tested this once. Changing my private rate while in private did not change the rate for THAT private.

She had a minimum time limit and you bounced. She got your tokens and then blocked you.

And the '-1' is how the private price is deducted every 10 seconds.
6 tkns/min means the user is charged 1 token every 10 seconds during the private.

12 tokens a minute for a minimum of 30 minutes is what they have it set to at this moment in time. And their spy rate for regular private is 42 tokens (smart boys!)

You are charged 1 token every 10 seconds (your own screenshot says so), so that is 6tk/min

when you tipped you also got a warning "you tip at your own risk" because they have a very low satisfaction rating.

you can write CB support or take your 15$ loss and go to better models (and good models don't need to be expensive)

Hi @punker barbie ! I’ve already submitted a support ticket regarding my report against the Chaturbate user pnoyfckerxh, and I was hoping you could help me follow up with the support team to see whether any action will be taken.

To explain the situation, we discussed meeting in person in Davao del Sur, and the user agreed to meet me. We discussed a pay-per-meet arrangement of ₱3,000 each, and I also sent tips during our conversation. We continued discussing the meeting details, including the location and arrangements, but afterward, the user blocked me.

I understand that the platform may not be responsible for private arrangements between users, but I would appreciate it if the report could be reviewed to determine whether the user's conduct violates Chaturbate’s policies.

Could you please help me follow up on my existing ticket or advise me on how to escalate the report so that it receives proper attention? I’d really appreciate your help in finding out whether the support team will investigate and take appropriate action.

There should be a hard coded message that pops up after you say okay to the private that says "IF you exit private before the minimum time has passed, the tokens will be deducted and given to the model. Continue: Yes or No"

Oh? Okay. I have no way of knowing that without going into a private and then trying to end it which as a model I'm not spending my tokens on CB.

From my side I just see that they left and only know that by looking at the user count for the room.

Go back and look at the way you presented your argument. Like a teenager pretending to be their dad. 176 tokens dude. Like $15. I understand the principle but if you can't take a hit of losing $15 then you need a new hobby because this one isn't for you.

The problem here is they ARE authorized charges by you and the transaction logs prove it. You agreed to 6 per minute for 30 minutes which equals 180 tokens and that is how much was taken out of your balance

Thank you for your help. Yes, support did respond to my ticket regarding account my account chantal_fuck.


I have just sent a direct reply to their email submitting a final mercy reconsideration appeal. Since this was my very first violation, I took 100% full accountability, explained that it was a single-instance mistake out of policy ignorance, and pledged strict 100% on-site compliance moving forward.


Could you please assist in asking the compliance team if they can review my latest reply and consider lifting the suspension to grant me a second...
