Hello, I'm contacting you because I need help. I was banned Monday evening after submitting a request under the username jolio23. I still haven't received a response, and it's worrying me. Do you know if it's possible to contact Chaturbate support to discuss the reasons for my ban?

Hi, for what is worth, some answers come in days, others in weeks. So a week or more is not an unusual time frame to be alarmed about, like to make you think they're ignoring you.

Do you know if it's possible to contact Chaturbate support to discuss the reasons for my ban?
I'm assuming you already contacted support and that what you really want to know is if you can talk to support here on the forum. They're not here. The rep tho may let you know when your case is being reviewed by them.

Sadly. the punker barbie account does not answer questions. The only thing the punker barbie account will tell you is 1) they've received your support message and are looking into the matter (like they just did), and 2) support has replied to your email and here is a ticket number. That's it.

Having said that, and from past experience watching this forum, I would say your chance of getting an answer over the weekend is slim to non-existent. If your's was a high priority case, I.E. the kind people who work weekends look after, it would have already been resolved.
