Need help with a stalker or stalkers

I'm kind of discouraged from even posting this, as I've requested help with this in the past and nothing was done to discipline these people or even as simple as have one of your mods send them a message to their PM and ask them to stop the nonsense or they could risk losing their account. But, here goes, again. Long story short, I've been stalked, threatened, harassed and my page has ben Dos attacked by both these people. How I know its them is, they always send an anoymouse email and talk trash and say who they are and that stripchat support is so bad, they wont ever do anything, bla bla bla... can you please contact your webmaster / admin / owner or anyone that can look at the logs for the people and put two and two together that they are causing issues....even a PM warning would probably help them not keep doing this to me and others...i dont want to give me my username out of fear / embarssment , but i kindly ask you please check the technical side / logs of these people and match IPs or whatever else.. you will see they are DOS attacking and worse... please ban them or warn them

You're not going to get help if you don't' tell someone your username. Sometimes the rep will offer to DM you but there's really only so much they can do. Since Stripchat has a policy of allowing banned users to create new accounts, I fear you're kind of SOL here.
