Hello, @punker barbie
I got banned on my account ErikBang05 right after i bought 1000 tokens. Then I created a new account named ErikBang000, which also got banned right after i bought 1000 tokens. I have now 2000 tokens which I can‘t use. I ask kindly to unban those accounts so I can use the services I bought.

Greetings

Solution
It is obvious, still I ask for help, because I did not know that until my second account also got banned. I don’t know why people like you keep commenting when you ain‘t gonna help
People like me? 13 years of cam experience on CB and three bans under my belt.

I got news for you, there is no help here. You have to wait for CB to reply to your emails.

It is obvious
If it was actually obvious to you, I imagine you wouldn't have tried to make a 2nd account and charged your credit card to the site.

I do wish people would realize creating secondary accounts on sites they're already banned is a bad plan. This forum would have like 50% less support posts lol

Because she, like me, wishes more people realized the point I made above, and replying about it causes repetition, and sometimes repetition can drill it into peoples' heads :)

I will never understand why this isn't insanely obvious to people.
It was not obvious to me in the first place because I do not have 13 years of experience like maybe you do. Usually when you get banned anywhere you will not get your next account banned instantly, at least I have never experience any of that.

But anyways, I don‘t have to be a professional with camsites, I am just a customer with an issue who heard he can use this forum to ask politely for help by the so called punker barbie. I just don’t get why people like you must act like that. If you would be in the cosmos where I spend my last 13 years in you might also do mistakes simply because you are not experienced. But i wouln‘t act annoyed by that because I know there is no point in it, when someone is new to something. That‘s kind of the point of a forum I would suppose and not to be a smartass

I don't know what appears on screen or in an Email when a person is banned from any platform. I wonder if a statement such as "You Are Banned Permanently. Any New Accounts Will Immediately Be Banned Also" might reduce the number of support request posts here as well as to the various platforms.

I'm saying "might reduce" because there will always be some viewers & models who will still attempt it.

Referring to screenshots we've seen like in this thread:

the wording doesn't include much about what actually happens now that they're banned. The last line stating to contact support with questions really should be more instructional and more firm with what's happened:

"Please note that banned users are not permitted to make new accounts. If you feel this ban was an error, here's how to appeal" sort of thing.

Yes! Too many seem to think if their account is banned, they'll just open a new account & live happily ever after.

I do believe it should be assumed to not be the way it works, but yes the site should make it more firmly stated up front.

(Though any time I’ve been banned from a platform/etc I naturally assumed they’d re-ban any account I made after if they found it was me. i.e. facebook, instagram, tiktok)
