Appeal help – Account banned for meme image + secondary account linked by payment method

and everyone,I’m looking for help with a ban appeal.
Main account: troy987
Banned on July 21 for sending a meme image of Bart Simpson (cartoon) with some tokens. I already submitted a ticket but haven’t received a response yet.
Secondary account: bleon22
This account was created before the ban of the main one. I was using it temporarily after the ban. Everything was fine until I accidentally used the payment method that was linked to the banned account to buy tokens. That caused the secondary account to get banned instantly.
I understand that linking the payment method made things worse, and I take full responsibility for that mistake. My intention was never to evade the ban maliciously — the secondary account already existed.I would really appreciate if someone could take a look at the case or confirm if the original ticket is being reviewed.

Anyway, I'm thinking it could be related to Bart being underage. Minors are not to be mentioned or shown--at all--on the platform regardless of the context. Sending memes and such breaks the rules too, I really don't know if it's somewhat tolerated or not, but to be safe, you should only share pics of yourself alone.

Haha, benevolently? Not really.

The second account was created before the ban, I was just using it while waiting. The card mix-up was pure stupidity on my side.

And yes, I understood the “no memes” rule way too late. Especially anything that can be seen as underage-related, even cartoons.

Hey! They unbanned my main account (the meme one). The other one is still banned for now, which makes sense since it’s a different case and more recent. The only thing is that I had the 'contributor' status active on my main account and the subscription payment went through, but the monthly tokens aren't showing up. I already replied to the same email so they can look into it, but honestly, I'm just happy to have the unban.

You only get the 200 tokens the 1st time that you subscribe to supporter status. You do not get them every month
